Will A Mideast Peace Deal Fulfill the PEACE and SAFETY (1 Thess 5)??

A Mideast Peace Deal, no matter who designs it, won't fulfill 1 Thess 5 and "Peace and Safety." Why is that? The reason is that Paul is referencing Old and New Testament passages by Isaiah and Jesus in 1 Thess 5. He is not speaking of a peace plan that happens prior to the 70th Week but to a different time and different events.
