What is the line of drugs doctors are using to treat novel coronavirus patients?

The World Health Organization on March 11, 2020 classified the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak a pandemic. More than 123,000 cases have been detected. India has 73 patients already.
So what is the line of medication doctors are using? There is still no drug that can cure a patient of this disease. Apart from being kept in isolation, patients are treated only for symptoms. Medicines for Common fever (like paracetamol, pain killers) are being used while patients are being kept well-hydrated. Two second-line HIV drugs, lopinavir and ritonavir, are being used in emergencies and rare cases. The best way to avoid this virus is by maintaining personal hygiene.
