I really like your take on this business of "repentance". So OFTEN we fall back into the habit of gritting our teeth and trying harder not to sin. I think many of us are reluctant to ascribe the power and eminence to the Holy Spirit that is due. It's as if some feel like they're somehow "splitting " their allegiance to Christ with the Spirit. The funny thing is that we all have no problem praying "to" God the Father or Jesus, but run ragged trying to figure out how (or why) to pray to and with the Holy Spirit. I just found ugetube today, and so far it looks like a great site. God Bless you and yours.

I'm with you on that. That's what is missing in most witness encounters, the Holy Spirit. Ugetube seems to be accommodating so far. Plan use them exclusively moving forward. Thank you for your feedback, it's very helpful. Blessings to you!

You know, whenever I feel like God hasn't been paying much attention to my prayers, I ask Him to send me someone the Spirit's been working on to witness to (or argue with, lol) and He never lets me down. I give that advice to young Christians after that "Honeymoon" period we all seem to have right after we get saved and it seems like God's EVERYWHERE seems to wear out. It's reassured me that it's all real a bunch of times.

Great message! If people only knew they had to change their mind about God, I truly believe they would find it easier to have a relationship with Him, as opposed to stop sinning which we obviously can not do. Change your mind about sin and bask in the glory that is His!

t is in the Spirit where we find the ability to overcome the lusts of the flesh and find no occasion to stumble. "Not sinning" IS believing on Jesus for our imputed righteousness and the ability to walk it out is a byproduct of "basking in His Glory" thanks Nick, blessings.
