QPS Attempted RBT - Drivers Footage Merged with QPS Footage - Cooroy, Queensland, Australia

Sunshine Coast Unmuzzled and Unmuzzled.Tv have obtained exclusive access to new footage and merged of both original footage shot by Mr Summers at that roadside breath test along with footage shot from the chest camera worn by the officer with whom Mr Summers had his exchange with as supplied by the Queensland Police Service to Mr Summers in his subsequent court appearances.

Queensland Resident and Australian citizen, Mr Christopher James David Summers was stopped for a roadside breath test (RBT) in Cooroy, Queensland Australia in early November 2016 and qrgued the legitimacy of the laws upon which the officer relied upon to conduct the RBT.

Mr Summers subsequently appeared in court for the 1st time on December 12, 2016 in relation to this matter and after 3 court appearances (which we will be detailing in upcoming interviews) was fined just $200 and retained his drivers licence despite heavy penalties recommended by the police prosecution.
