Mosin Nagant 91/30 Sniper Rifle Reload Testing

Trying out some 7.62x54R reloads in the 91/30 Mosin Nagant sniper rifle. These reloads used Speer .311" Diameter 150 grain hot-cor soft point hunting bullets and IMR-4064 powder in PPU brass with a Federal primer.
