Making Steak Stir Fry with a P900 Chef's Foundry Knife Set

We got sent some Steak Knives by Chef's Foundry. A set of P900 Ceramic Blades. So, we decided to run up to the Walmart Marketplace, get some vegetables and some stuff to make a stir fry lunch - Here we go.
