Does the 2A include Military Weapons?

Larry Pratt with Gun Owners of America was the first person I heard use the phrase “military-style rifles” to describe semiautomatic AR-15s, AK47s, etc, owned by the American civilian population. He was debating Piers Morgan on CNN. I call them combat rifles. Liberals call them assault rifles. Conservatives call them sporting rifles. I don’t think we as conservatives and libertarians have to shy away from the idea that these rifles were designed to kill humans, because that’s why the Founders intended us to have them.

If we the people had nukes would the government obey the law? Would the the nsa still be operating in utah?
