Dell Latitude E-Dock, docking station, bad VGA Port!

This docking station is probably just under 1 month old. User calls and reports his secondary monitor isn't working at all. Turn it on, immediately goes to sleep. After confirming no user error, I swapped out the docking station, and returned it to my desk for testing. Low and behold, something is wrong with the VGA port. Plug it in and monitor immediately goes to sleep.

Good time to use the Dell warranty. I'll have a replacement within the day :)
