Deer Heart Steak Diane

A little bit of food porn for the hunters and adventurous eaters out there. Live Wild Eat Wild came out the desert to show us some wild game cooking.

Steve told me he was gonna make Steak Diane for us. On the drive out he sends me a message and says he’s gonna make it with a mule deer heart that was harvested in our local mountains 2 days earlier.

I’ll put up part 2 of this video in a couple days, but it’s pretty wild how awesome the finished meal was.
