In this video, Arkansas State Senator Keith Ingram asks about the purpose of the Asa Hutchinson Tax Taskforce. He then states that an internet tax is the only real option for highway funding. The Arkansas Budget has had problems in an effort to support Arkansas Obamacare Medicaid expansion, first called the Private Option, now called Arkansas Works.

The debate on the proposal regarding publications and internet taxes was what to do with the extra money taken from taxpayers.
