ANIMAL MISERY (GRAPHIC) footage shows the harrowing treatment of monkeys and dogs

Footage showing monkeys and dogs being subjected to disturbing treatment allegedly at a laboratory in Mienenbuettel, near Hamburg, was released by two activist groups earlier in October.
Monkeys are seen strapped in metal harnesses and kept in cramped containers while cats and dogs are left in degrading conditions after alleged toxicity testing.
The footage was reportedly obtained at the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Toxicology (LPT) by an undercover activist working for the Soko Tierschutz and Cruelty Free International organisations.
Activists have reported the case to authorities and are demanding the immediate closure of the facility.
Ruptly has reached out to the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Toxicology but has not yet received a comment.
