Aerials of traffic after 9 arrested for blocking I-5 during Seattle protest

Troopers arrested nine drivers for blocking southbound I-5 at the Ship Canal Bridge Friday morning.
Several vehicles blocked the freeway for a protest, according to Trooper Rick Johnson. At least three lanes were open up by 12:30 p.m.
