Ballisitc Vest is made by P.A.C.A. NIJ certified as Level II. Manufacture 7/05
Clay and or Water jugs were used directly behind the vest panel as a compressible media.

Bullet Fired: 115gr FMJ Blazer Brass

Results:
Bullet failed to penetrate the vest. Bullet penetrated 4 layers and was stopped on the 5th with no damage to it.
