Continued testing with the SS195LF blue box, and SS192 White Box. I think one can safely assume from this video that the SS197 from the previous video did not penetrate. The 28gr HP has a distinctive aluminum core and non-capped end, and all four were recovered from the when we tore it apart. Interesting though that it damaged the jug as they are still pretty soft plastic. Again 40*F outside.

9/15/2012 EDIT: We have rested both the SS192, and SS195 rounds to fully penetrate Level II vests. Not sure why we couldn't in these tests, but current tests now prove otherwise :)
