300 Blackout Sizing Die Problems

I have been working up a load for my 300 Blackout Subsonic using Lee 230 Grain Bullet Mold (Powder Coated). I have not been able to get my groups under 2 inches and I could not duplicate a group the second time.

I checked for leading and there is none but I think I may have found the problem.
