Rick Sanchez discusses the global systemic risk posed by Deutsche Bank and banks of their size. Then author Ian Winer joins to share his insights. If I wanted to bankrupt a nation I'd pretend some banks "collapsed" and pass their debt on to the people of that nation. We've seen this scenario playing before our eyes far too many times to believe that "failed policies" are to blame.
