Is it moral to put in place measures that prevent people using a product they paid almost $80 for. I didn't mind the idea having to pay more money later to continue playing the mmo but I didn't have access to the 30 days i already paid for on steam at the time preventing me from even getting to try the game unless i signed up for a long subscription with either a credit card or my banking information. After learning about this I was not able to get a refund on it from benthesda and unfortunately because it came out before steam refunds i was completely screwed over. I didn't even get to play the game until one year later when they decided to finally let the people who bought the game play.
Later when i bought fallout 4 it didn't even run right and because i wanted to try get the game working so i went to Bethesda support. It was huge mistake as i was told only to do things i've already tried on my own over again. I was told to reinstall my drivers. i was told to go to Microsoft and my hardware support websites and after doing all that i was denied from getting a refund. it wasn't until another year that i was able to play fallout 4 because by then i had bought a water cooler.
