What happened to the Ekranoplan? - The Caspian Sea Monster

It has been claimed that an underwater humanoid cryptid like a mermaid lives in the Caspian Sea pronounced rune-an-shaw mostly sighted on the east coast. I think they are misidentifying seals.

However, it is not impossible. I haven't seen those or mermaids, but I have seen cryptids that billions of people on this earth have never experienced, so it is probable that their stories have truth to them.

Another mystery is how did Caspian Seals come into existence. The Caspian Sea is over 100 miles away from the Black Sea and ocean levels must have been either hundreds of meters higher than today's sea level or the seals were washed away by the great flood.

Some people believe that a glacial ice sheet expanded so the seals would make it there, but I've never see seals stay on land long enough to migrate on top of ice for thousands of miles from the arctic which almost seems silly.

I've never heard of the Boeing Pelican before. I'll have to do more research on it.
