(Updated) Cyclone Amphan is a severe tropical storm, moving slowly and not coming from this area for more than 20 years, making landfall in India and heading towards Bangladesh and a Rohingya refugee camp, made all the worse by bringing more misery during this Covid-19 pandemic.
