Trudeau Caught In Massive Lie, Huge Government Contract Went To WE’s Real Estate Holding Company, Not WE Charity

The Liberal government put out false information in official documents, lying to all Canadians and suppressing the truth.

If the Liberals thought the WE Charity Scandal had gotten as bad as it could get, they were dead wrong.

It has gotten much worse.

Justin Trudeau – and the entire Liberal government – have been caught in a massive lie.

In official documents and statements put out to the public, Trudeau and the government said they were giving the nearly $1 billion contract to the WE Charity.

Turns out, that was false.

As the WE scandal rises, Bill Morneau can feel himself sinking

Bill Morneau looked like a drowning man after he revealed to a parliamentary committee that he had received $41,000 in paid travel and hospitality from WE Charity, the organization his government subsequently handed a $900 million contribution agreement.

The finance minister cut a forlorn figure, at the mercy of wind and tide, as he apologized for what he said was a “serious oversight”.

Renovations on a 32,000 square foot facility on Dickson Avenue in the Landmark District are expected to begin early next year and the company says it will begin holding job fairs and hiring employees in the spring.

Trudeau, Morneau must step down, say Scheer and Bloc

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer and the Bloc Québécois believe that Justin Trudeau and his Minister of Finance, Bill Morneau, can no longer exercise their functions because of their role in the controversy involving the UNIS organization.

Mr Scheer said on Friday that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau must resign. He had previously called for the sacking of Finance Minister Bill Morneau for trips he and members of his family took in 2017, part of which was paid for by UNIS.

The Bloc Québécois released a statement on Friday arguing that MM. Trudeau and Morneau “betrayed the trust” of the public and of the opposition parties.

The Bloc demands “the resignation of MM. Justin Trudeau and Bill Morneau as Prime Minister and Minister of Finance ”.

“If MM. Trudeau and Morneau should not comply, the Bloc Québécois will consult Quebeckers with a view to tabling a motion of censure against the government, as soon as it returns to the House in September, ”the statement read.

The Bloc asks the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada to make preparations for general elections in times of pandemic, and the Speaker of the House to make arrangements for a vote of all 338 elected to the federal parliament ” from the start of September 21, or even before ”.
