US, China to meet as Beijing considers digital currency

Chinese and US officials plan to meet in Shanghai on Tuesday for trade negotiations. President Trump declared the WTO “BROKEN” on Twitter and vowed to direct the USTR to keep countries like China and India from “CHEATING the system” by claiming the status of “developing countries.” Meanwhile, China has begun to post pro-Bitcoin information and has recognized it has a “commodity.” China’s central bank is working on a state digital currency of its own, according to reports.
