One of the most viewed, recommended and relevant UP Big Boy train videos on UGEtube! Union Pacific Big Boy 4014; the world's largest, heaviest and most powerful steam locomotive, is now fully restored to operation! This was the last portion of the The Great Race Across the Midwest, returning to Cheyenne from Nebraska! First location was near Sidney, then Pine Bluffs, then Archer Hill near Cheyenne!

It was said for years that this was impossible. It's too big, too impractical, too expensive, too heavy, can't burn oil, etc. Now we have our answer; it IS possible!

One question still remains. Can 4014 dethrone the Flying Scotsman in popularity? Only time will tell ;)
