Under the Wire - Have we been lied to about COVID?

Around the world, countries are revising the numbers of deaths from Novel Coronavirus - COVID-19. It seems that a large number were actually deaths from other causes - which, either intentionally or by mistake - were coded incorrectly.
Today, we will be discussing the situation in Australia where apparently, people have been offered money by hospitals to say that their loved ones died from covid because the federal government has incentivised this coding to the tune of many thousands of dollars.
We will also discuss the emergence of government tyranny in Australia - especially in our Southern State of Victoria. When did our rights become forfeit and how do we get them back?
