WTF this is all Trudeau can offer on the blockades, perhaps he should have gone to Barbados

Perhaps Prime Minister Justin Trudeau should have gone to Barbados after all. At least then he could’ve gotten fresh photo ops, a few more promises of support for Canada’s vain quest for a UN Security Council seat and maybe even a tan.

But the Prime Minister decided to cancel his trip at the last minute, belatedly recognizing matters of urgent concern here in Canada.

On blockades, Trudeau weak, spineless — even for him

Even by the usual low standard, the man fails the grade.

Justin Trudeau looks spineless, gutless and even weaker this day than the 97-pound weakling in the Charles Atlas muscleman ads from the comic books of old.

Oh, the prime minister ladles on whatever artificial sweetener can still be extracted from his so-called sunny ways.

Forcing Hospices to do Euthanasia in Canada

Euthanasia is more than just legal in Canada. It has become a government-guaranteed right.

Sign the petition: Hospice Organizations Must NOT be Forced to do Euthanasia (Link).

But how to guarantee that the legally qualified who want to die are made dead? Unless the government establishes killing centers out of Soylent Green, it will have to coerce doctors into doing the killing — as has been done in Ontario. And, it will have to force medical facilities into allowing euthanasia on premises, whether their administators like it or not.

Gun crime highest for a decade for four police forces

Gun crime in four English counties was at its highest for a decade in 2017-18.

West Yorkshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Cheshire police handled more incidents than in any year since 2007-08.

Overall gun crime in England and Wales is lower than 10 years ago, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said.

More than one in five victims of firearms offences, excluding air weapons, was aged under 20.

Police believe that firearms crimes in some areas are linked to "county lines", where gangs move drug-dealing operations outside big cities to smaller towns.

San Jose Homeless Encampment Grows Next To Homes Along Highway 101 Ramp

A homeless encampment along a San Jose freeway on-ramp that was swept away in February has sprung up again larger than ever, with homeowners just on the other side of a wall fearing for their safety.

The encampment is on Caltrans property off of Story Rd. next to U.S. Highway 101 just south of Interstate Highway 280.

It appears to be growing by the day and it’s estimated there are more than 200 people living at the site, right next to a mobile home community. Residents say they are fed up with the trash, drugs and fear of fires that could spark at any time.
