Police officers Patrick Ginn and Lincoln Sharp spotted the blue car swerving across the intersection as well and then followed in pursuit. The blue car then starts to swerve across the road, driving straight towards a black truck in the opposing turning lane. The driver, Randy Tompkins a former construction worker who now offers his services as a hauler. Begins to reverse into opposing traffic to prevent the potential collision.
