You might get in touch with Dr Pam Popper (https://drpampopper.com/). She has launched a legal case against the Ohio government over the covid-19 lockdowns. I think you can also build a case to apply in court for an injunction against having to wear masks since (a) there is over 40 years of scientific evidence that masks don't prevent covid-19 infections or the spread of any type of infectious disease, (b) wearing masks can cause serious health conditions, drop in oxygen levels and increase susceptibility to infections from coronavirus and other pathogens. Also you could probably sue your legislators and health ministry for being forced to wear a mask that causes physical harm is in violation of the US constitution (5th amendment - nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law). Since masks cause bodily and psychological harm these legislators might also be charged with assault under the criminal code. I am not a lawyer and have to get legal advise for suing and asking for criminal investigations for these issues in Canada but the law seems pretty clear and the science about masks is pretty clear too.
