The Saline County Republican Party starts off with its meeting

Arkansas Issue 1 was debated at the Saline County GOP Headquarters in Benton Arkansas. Chad Gallagher spoke against the ballot issue.
Issue 1 would limit damages to $500,000 for non-economic damages and allow legislators to decide what can be allowed in court cases.
At the time this was filmed, Judge Mackie Pierce had struck down the ballot iniative from being placed on the 2018 ballot, but a case to put the iniative back on was placed on the Arkansas Supreme Court
