This video shows the lie about "free salvation" by the Churches which use John 3:16 as a proof text.

Being new to your work, I'm not sure of your "theology." Are you here preaching "Lordship Salvation" as per John MacArthur and Paul Washer? You make no mention of the essential but rarely acknowledged work of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 8:13-14, John 14:15-26 etc). Is this a given?
I wasn't aware that people twisted John 3:16 by dividing "believe" and "receive". Rather the problem seems to relate to a wrong understanding of "believe". ie. 1. That it only refers to intellectual consent and 2. That it only needs to occur once in a lifetime. (OSAS) James 2:19-20 identifies the folly of point 1, showing us that faith/belief, must be acted out. (also Hebrews 11 etc) As for point 2, the underlying Greek manuscripts indicate that the tense of "believe" is the "present participle". ie. It refers to an ongoing belief. (Young's literal translation = "who is believing") Incorrect, inaccurate application of Greek tenses is applied to several passages, to "prove" OSAS .
In my view, OSAS ("Once saved always saved") as "taught" by the Reformers, has become one of the most common and destructive of modern day heresies. But the Bible teaches that we "have been "saved", that we "are being saved" and that we "will be saved"; IF we persevere in the faith, expressed by obedience. (Romans 8:13-14 again) I wonder if you agree?

I agee that we must do good with our time in order to be saved let's obey God above Mammon Brother: Matthew: 6:24: "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money."

@Dawn Road: how does one pay their bills and provide for a family if they “stop working for money”? I look forward to to seeing your response. Thank you.

@Bodhi Searcher: God Provides "Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
