We have a path where two sides of traffic flow, one north and one south, but the path itself follows the same route. Now take this highway to be life. And one end you have Allah and the other end you have the dunya, and in most cases today believers are either moving closer to Allah, or being inculcated into the ways of the dunya, and more attached to this world, this unfortunate sad state has left the Ummah and all believers in general in a state that I describe as antiparallel.
