Dennis Bonnen, the Republican Speaker of the House for Texas on Friday made a public declaration dropping the state's Constitutional Carry bill after a Chris McNutt, the executive director of Texas Gun Rights, showed up in his neighborhood personally to urge him to expedite the bill.
