Just remember, what you are about to see is NOT recommended by Kel-Tec.

I'm using an EWK 3/8 to 1/2" Adapter:

The gun is un-cleaned after 500+ rounds and is starting to show some feeding issues.

The 50gr Game-Shok rounds are subsonic from the 4.3" barrel, so I imagine they should be very close with the longer threaded barrel.

The Osprey 45 is a little too heavy for the PMR-30, but it did cycle a few.

I'm going to install an MRDS (added weight to the slide) and see how it functions.

The biggest issue of course is the increased blow-back in the shooters face, and the potential to have the slide unlock early and cause a case rupture. I WOULD NOT use High Velocity rounds if you try this!
