Stripping And Repaving - Colorado Springs

Stripping the asphalt and repaving city streets, the old-fashioned way....this is from Colorado Springs, back in the late 1950s or early 1960s, taken from 16mm "home movies" with no soundtrack. This was, obviously, considerably before OSHA regulations.....
