Started Smoking Again!/Chain Guide Info (Las Vegas) 5-19-2020

Back on the 2012 KTM250SX again. Always forget how light the bike is and how well it handles compared to my four strokes! It really is a fun bike! It was the first year that KTM got very close to 50 horsepower! They have since lost horsepower as KTM has changed the power band around for more mid-range power. I like the way mine screams just fine! The over molded aluminum chain guides are notorious for bending but that's better than breaking off the swing arm mounting tabs. I've been switching all my KTM chain guides over to the all plastic version that they run on their XC models. Here's the P/N for the all plastic KTM P/N 78104070100.
