We get the question " How do I determine case overall length when it is not in my book? " " My rounds will not fully chamber or I am having ejection issues? " Here is how I address those issues and set my overall length when using non factory projectiles without published load data.

Also, thanks for the info in your video.
Does your method create a “gap” that must be “jumped” before the projectile engages the rifled/twisted portion of the barrel in your more tolerant chambered barrels and if so, what are you finding in terms of accuracy deviations?
Thanks again!

In some of the larger chambers you would get a jump. I typically see only a few thousandths difference between all my barrels. As far as accuracy goes I haven’t seen deviation between the different pistols.

Hi Ben,
Whose projectiles are you using?
Specially that red one in the thumbnail?
Thanks in advance.
