Can a solid copper 9mm penetrate a premium level IIIA Body Armor Plate? This is RMA Armament's Model #0226 IIIA. It is a UHMWPE Plate.

Test Gun(s): CZ Evo 3 SBR, 7.72" barrel: CMMG Resolute 200 Guard 9mm, 16" barrel
Test Taken: 15 Feet.
Rounds Used: 9x19mm Fort Scott Munitions Solid Copper Spun.
