Taken from 8mm silent home movie film, these are scenes from the Civilian Conservation Corps camp named "Cut Foot Sioux Camp" and run by the US Forest Service in the 1930s, as the country was fast in the grips of the Great Depression and men were put to work on public service projects like building roads and other public construction projects.
