SB411 Ending Sanctuary Cities in Arkansas passes State Senate

Several folks testified for and against the bill in Senate Committee the day before. The pro illegal alien lobby made the standard excuses of claiming that sanctuary cities would hurt "community involvement" & create racial profiling.
I talked about the impact of illegal immigration on a national, state and local level along with stats from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

A leftist Arkansas Senator claimed that the bill would, "take power away from the legislature and give it to the Attorney General". Before the vote, the sponsor Senator Stubblefield gives a response. The bill needed 18 votes to pass.
