Rossi Ranch Hand Model RH9250121 Load Port Cover Issues :(

I've had this issue since I purchased this Ranch Hand. The load port cover doesn't seem to have the right shape on the backside of it to allow it to move the round forward to load another one. I was going to have a local smith tune it up, and after waiting a year for the load port cover to be in stock. However turns out, they don't offer the load port cover for sale, but since I waited a long time, Rossi sent me a free shipping label.

Hopefully they'll be able to shape it so it loads easier.. I also mentioned to them that it shots really high at 10 yards.
