Roll Call Vote on the Sebastian County Bill of Rights Ordinance

Conservative Constitutional Activist Kris Anne Hall & other activists spoke at the Sebastian County(Northeast Arkansas area) Quorum Court Meeting 6/16/20
The main issue to be discussed was the Bill of Rights Ordinance that forces local government officials to adhere to the US Constitution and not illegal acts from the Federal Government.
Arkansas activists have been pushing for Bill of Rights Ordinances across the state in a similar way 2nd amendment activists have done in Virginia
An ordinance was easily passed in Scott County Arkansas several months before.

The Arkansas Association of Counties, a crony capitalist organization that has also favored tax increases & other big government issues,
used their lawfirm Rainwater, Holt and Sexton to block other Bill of Rights Ordinances across the state despite never being elected.
An attempt to pass an ordinance in Hot Spring County was tabled "waiting for legal advice"
