Rodeo Parade And Antics B&W

Various pre-rodeo antics, the on-street breakfast, the parade, and even a view of Spencer Penrose himself are on this clip taken from silent 16mm home movies of the Will Rogers Rodeo in Colorado Springs. The name was later changed to the more famous Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo. This probably had to be 1937 or 1938, as Penrose died in December, 1939.
