Redneck Limousine 6 door Superduty: Wiring the 3rd row passenger door

I finally got around to splicing in the passenger rear door (3rd row!) wire harness. The window regulator seems to be tired and slow, so I think I'll replace it so it can keep up with the middle row door glass.
