Our interview with Mr Christopher Summers on Sunday last week was very interesting to say the least delivering a range of questions that seemingly have no answers at this time regarding not only the legitimacy of random breath testing laws but the way in which they are applied by officers of the law.

In our interview with Mr Summers we came to understand that following his viral video last year that it would seem the media failed to preserve an accurate representation of what happened. In fact according to Mr Summers they never even bothered whatsoever to contact him or try and investigate this topic and issue to inform the public accurately.

A number of questions have to be asked we believe like, why in this instance was an officer of the law more interested in arguing then conducting random breath tests of motorists he had pulled over?

If Mr Christopher Sommers is incorrect in regards to his perception of the legitimacy of random breath testing laws and has in some ways potentially inspired people to think that they don't have to provide a random breath test, why wouldn't the Queensland Police Force and in turn the court system make an example of Mr Summers by actually dishing out a punishment over and above a $200 fine and no loss of licence?

It's questions like these that we posed and discussed in our interview.
