A routine traffic stop that turned deadly for Charles Eimers in Key West is under review again after new video evidence highlighted inconsistencies in police officers' accounts of what happened.

This is really egregious misconduct, these Officers lying testimony was proven false with key video evidence, which was in direct opposition of the Officer's Sworn Testimony. Serious misconduct with lying under oath, conspiracy to obstruct a murder investigation, hiding evidence, destroying evidence, incompetent investigation, one govt agency blaming another govt agency.
