Parkland Florida liars exposed

The Smith Mundt Modernization Act passed by Obama through the NDAA gives the american government the legal right to use propaganda and lies against its own citizens.

They are indeed implementing this and have been doing so even before the NDAA was passed in 2013.

If the government has the legal right to lie to its citizens and influence their opinions and actions, then what makes you think that they are not doing it?
