Today we go over the old technique of paper patching. This allows us to cast available undersized bullets and sizing them up to what you need for your rifle. The Paper acts like a jacket or a Sabot, and helps keep leading to a minimum.

Good video. Have you read "The Paper Jacket" by Ian Wolfe (I think)? He suggests making the tails a bit longer so they can be twisted at the base and then snipped off with wire cutters after drying. I have no expertise in the area, but I intend to try it out. Love the look of those bullets. Gotta get me one of those molds!
