no satan does not believe in Jesus.... Verse you are referring to is James 2:19 "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble." Notice it says Believe there is one God nothing to do with Jesus... There is a lot of religions that believe 1 God does not make them saved... Also believing in Christ is not just believing he exists its placing your trust in what he did on the cross for your sins! He paid it all there is nothing that I can do to earn my salvation it is all him! He saved me! And he can save you too if you put all your trust and faith in him alone and repent of Good works you might be trusting on! Salvation is only granted to those who Trust in Christ alone! You can't make it by trusting on Christ a little bit and then also trusting on your works to save you... Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Notices that the wages of sin is Death! So we cannot pay for sin with Good works! We have to pay for sin with Death in Hell! Luckily for use Jesus did this for us! ;)
