Officer Simpson footage of the Bradley Blackshire shooting

These videos are raw footage of the shooting of Bradley Blackshire which occured on February 22nd. Racial tension has been created by some due to this shooting involving a black man and white officers.
Blackshire was a felon driving a stolen car and was parking in downtown little rock with a woman who also had a criminal record and was a known prostitute.
Little Rock Mayor held a press conference at 3 where he highlighted the media company that worked on the 24 minute LRPD video that include comments from LRPD.
