Dolores Canon used to put her patients under deep hypnosis. She found that deep hypnosis was the only way to completely bypass the conscience state of her patients. Once there, she found herself having conversations with people who all talked with similar style and color. She was speaking with the higher-self of each patient. The higher-self is who decides where and when to incarnate. The higher-self also knows everything about the person's past and present; their goals and their shortcomings. As such, the higher-self was someone she could ask any question and get all the answers. What she discovered went beyond psychology. She received information about humanity not available anywhere. And being that all higher-selves spoke the same, she soon realized that they were all speaking the universal truth.
