Michael Tarraga was born in 1949 and at the age of four was placed in a foster home in Borehamwood there he was raped and abused for many years. he tried to run away to a local police station but was sent back to the foster home where the abuse continued. He has COPD a terminal illness and lung cancer with not long left to live please listen to his testimony.
