LEG DAY! BOOTY DAY! FULL WORKOUT | Sarah Pope

My legs, and booty are burning! Which is good! That means I will be hurting in the morning, and building some good muscle!! This is one of the workouts I like to do on leg day :) Xoxo

Workout:
-#1Cardio for 20 minutes. I did 10 minutes on the treadmill on a 6.0 incline walking at a 3.5 pace.
Then I did the stair stepper for 10 minutes on a level 5! That thing is killer, but great for leg day.
-#2 Hamstring curl 10 reps 3X
-#3 I love doing these leg booty lifts not 100% sure what they are called but I like doing them. Just squeeze the booty, do 10reps each leg 3X
-#4 GLUTES and hamstrings. 10 reps 3x
-#5 Leg press 10-15 reps 3x
-#6 Deep lunges 10 reps each leg 3X
-#7 Normal and wide squats 10-20 reps 3x
-#8 Butt bridge lift 10-20 reps 3x
-#9 Donkey Kicks 10-20 reps 3x
-#10 30 sit ups
-#11 10 push ups 3x
